Proven Process for the best result.

Consultation

our team will set up an initial meeting at the office, online, or on site to review your project. This is a good opportunity for us to understand what you’re after and how we can be of service moving forward. Preliminary notes will be ready showing what may be achievable on the property. Based on these discussions, an approximate price will be given to help finalize which builder you choose for your home.

Preliminary Design

At this point we will have a general list of what is desired, and we will begin site surveying and preliminary floorplans for your review. There will be some revisions to be made as designs progress.

Finalize Design

Once floorplans have been approved, exterior elevations and wall/roof assemblies will commence, leading us to our final set of blueprints.

Budgeting and Proposal

With the final set of blueprints, we will put together a budget sheet and a construction proposal for your review and approval.

Engineering

At this stage, we will commence assembling our team of professional engineers to provide us with their documentation for the project.

Building Permit and Pre-Construction

With all documents in hand, we will meet with city officials to submit the plan set for permits approval. Each site is unique in its’ requirements from the municipality and it’s our job to navigate through that. As permits are in review, we will work with you to source materials, tender bids and finalize designs to streamline construction once permits are issued.

Construction

Permits have now been issued we will begin construction of your new home. We will provide weekly schedules, updates, along with our cost tracker for the duration of the project. We encourage frequent site visits to ensure the finished product is exactly as you had envisioned.

Completion

We give you the keys to your new home, ready to move in! We do a thorough walkthrough with you and your family to help understand how to keep the home running in good condition and completing a Walkthrough Checklist. At this point, your home is marked as complete, and your home warranty coverage commences.

Follow Up

We’ll always be around to answer any questions you may have as you move in and adjust to your new surroundings. We like to periodically check in (or as needed) for your peace of mind to ensure a smooth transition.
